Here are a few suggestions of things that you can do to get creative. The basic idea is to live healthily, to take a break from your normal routine, to exercise, to learn more about the world, and to believe in yourself.

- Explore the world.
- Listen to interesting music.
- Watch interesting films.
- Read.
- Get a good dictionary, use it.
- Know your history.
- Follow your hunches.
